Whilst restaurants may save money by avoiding traditional platform commission fees, actual savings will depend on:

• Existing platform fees
• Negotiated rates with drivers
• Operational efficiency

No savings are guaranteed. Each restaurant's experience will vary based on their specific circumstances.

Platform Role

NocNoc is solely a connection platform. We:

• Facilitate connections between restaurants and drivers
• Provide communication tools
• Verify basic information

We are NOT involved in:

• Setting or negotiating rates
• Payment processing between parties
• Employment relationships
• Delivery operations
• Dispute resolution between parties

Service Availability

We make no guarantees regarding:

• The number of restaurants using the platform
• Platform uptime or reliability
• Launch dates for new cities
