Do you give fixed quotes?

Can you work on older and period houses?
Yes. Victorian and Edwardian houses often need pipework, floors and walls put right before a new bathroom goes in, and we allow for that in the quote. If your home is listed, check with the council first, because even internal changes can need listed building consent.
What about parking and skips in Oxford?
Many Oxford streets have controlled parking, and a skip on the road needs a council permit. We sort out parking and waste with you before we start, so nothing holds the job up.
Can you handle the electrics too?
Yes. Downlights, extractor fans, moved sockets and wet-room rewires are part of the job, kitchens included.
