An empty building cannot tell you when a pipe bursts, damp sets in or a door is left open. Our wireless sensors and 4G gateway can. They watch for water, damp, frost, fire, gas, access and power problems in empty properties anywhere in the UK, and alert you the moment something changes.
What we monitor in an empty property
- Water leaks by stopcocks, boilers and tanks, and in bathrooms and kitchens
- Damp and humidity in unheated rooms, before mould takes hold
- Frost risk in lofts and cold spots where pipes freeze first
- Smoke, with an off-site alert even when nobody is inside to hear an alarm
- Gas, where the supply stays live
- Access: doors and windows opening when nobody should be there
- Power failure, which is itself treated as an alert. Optional battery backup keeps the gateway online through a power cut
No broadband, Wi-Fi or phone line needed
Each property gets one small gateway and a set of wireless sensors. The gateway sends readings and alerts over its own mobile-data connection, so the system does not rely on anything in the building staying switched on.

We monitor vacant properties across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. The property survey checks mobile signal at the building before anything is installed.

How it works
- Property survey. We check the building, signal, power and key risk points.
- Agree the plan. You confirm the sensor plan and the final hardware price.
- Installation. We fit the gateway and sensors, then test every alert. A 3 to 4 bedroom house usually needs around 10 to 12 sensors.
- Monitoring. Your dashboard goes live and alerts are routed to the contacts you choose.
